Premises
Our ambience is representative, the atmosphere cosy and private. Behind the front door of the MÜNZSALON, the visitor can discover a 255 square meters of a former majority-middle-class apartment, rich in detail up to the window clutch. Parquet in all rooms, an elegant bow window room with baroque stucco elements, an English fireplace room with wooden wainscoting and Geheimtüre and a hunting room with a ceiling painted with floral patterns. Exclusively for the MÜNZSALON, architects Frank Böhm and Sören Röhrs created an environment in the big room consciously in contrast to old-middle-class purity and a new-middle-class minimalist style.
The Big room
60 square meters with up to 60 seats. A six meter wide front window offers an imprsseive view at the Neue Schönhauser strasse. The minimalist, multifunctional equipment makes the space useable for the most different needs. The adaptable seats can be arranged to the classical dinner as well as to the comfortable lounge.
The fireplace room
36 square meters with up to 30 seats arranged around three tables. The heavy Chesterfield-club armchairs and sofas, the wooden wainscoting and impressive ceiling, the discreet lighting and the flickering of open fire creates a scenery of a classical English club. The highrise fireplace opulently covered with green tiles, reminds of the early days of monuments and historic buildings and is a great background for shootings and film set-up, interviews or informal discussions.
The Hunting room
30 square meters with 20 seats. The green room with dark wooden painted ceiling is the only room direct access to the bar, entrance and the hidden restroom. The Hunting room is ideal for small conferences, film screenings or private birthdays or other small celebrations.
The Italian room
Next to the bar, is another 20 square meters flooded with light, with a small sitting area by a bow window. The bow window rises above the crossroad of the most frequented streets of Berlin Mitte, the symbolic intersection of fashion, culture and design. The varied impressions of the streets from this space, open to the city, provide a perfect place for creative conversations and meetings. The white Corian bar was designed exclusively by Sören Röhrs for the MÜNZSALON.

The MÜNZSALON disposes of a trust-worthy employee's team to elaborate successful arrangement with your needs. We count, among other things, on the services of hosting, service and catering partners, DJs, interior decorators, cleaning staff, etc.
Catering
We provide in collaboration with our partners beside drink service, a comprehensive list of catering offers from fingerfood or buffet set, up to seated dinner for 100 persons. We can take over organization and creation or your event with great profesionalism and pleasure.
